What is your return policy?
If a customer is unsatisfied with my product, it is most important to me to understand why and make it right. If the jewelry arrives damaged or not the way it is presented on my website, I will provide a free service to fix the product or a refund for the product itself. Please note that these are hand made so it may not look exactly like the photo, but certainly close to it.
What are the payment options?
I am a small business, therefore I accept venmo, paypal or cash. After placing an order on my website. Message me with your preferred payment method. I will then give you my information and once receiving the payment I will send out your order promptly.
Is this product safe for my sensitive skin?
Yes! Clay and resin are both safe to wear after being baked or cured. All of my products are put together with hypoallergenic sterling silver to ensure happy and healthy customers no matter the skin type.
